Additional Notes:  This iPhone battery replacement video can be used for both 3G and 3Gs models.  The only difference is there is an additional ribbon connector near the dock on the iPhone 3Gs.  Tools that you will need for this replacement include paperclip, #00 phillips screwdriver and suction cup.  These tools are included if you purchase the battery replacement kit from www.iPhoneBatteryRepair.com.

Additional Notes:  This iPhone battery replacement process is difficult!  Expect some minor damage on the case when cracking the case open.  The battery is soldered in place with a glue covering the connections.  You'll need to remove the glue and use a solding iron to install the new battery.  Important: Get some movement on the heat shrink wrap on the red wire to ensure the wrap can be easily removed when it come time to solder "Hot" wire.
